Timber Flooring
Traditional
tongue and groove flooring
- the most traditional type of floor covering ever. Stunning looking,
easy to keep clean, allergy free and most importantly - it has a value.
Carpet and vinyl will most likely have to be replaced in 10 - 15 years
while your floorboards only need a sand and polish again.
The boards
are available in different widths, (4", 6" and wider as a
special order) and three grades, from the contemporary Select Grade
to the natural beauty of the Full Feature Grade.
Note:
The Full Feature Grade timber should not be mistaken for Utility Grade,
which often is marketed as "Natural Grade". It is too rough
and more suitable as a cover grade.
Tips:
If you want to be confident your hardwood flooring will perform the
way you expect, only buy quality certified hardwood from ATIC accredited
producers.
Floating
floor systems in Timber and Laminate - an excellent D.I.Y product
A wide choice of timbers and styles are available. Interloc is an Australian made timber flooring system with a unique locking system
which is very easy to lay and does not require gluing, sanding or polishing.
It is only available in single plank and prices start from $70 per m2.
Premium
Floors is another excellent supplier of ours covering even
more styles including double plank, parquetry and a full range of Laminate
flooring.
All these
products should not be mistaken for the very cheap Chinese imports of
very similar look. The difference in quality and performance can be
substantial.
Bamboo
flooring is available in solid timber or as a floating floor.
The photo shown is the Light Sand colour, however, it is also available
in Carbonated light brown colour. Available in Gloss and Satin.
Note:
All floor systems are supplied only OR supplied, installed and fully
finished by our qualified tradesmen
